![]() Days, sometimes weeks before they get back to you. The worst customer support I have ever seen. Oh guess what like you she doesn’t care and is going to put reviews about your crappy service everywhere she can Oh and Playrix if you don’t like this review sorry for what you have experienced I’ll pass it onto the developer of this review for their consideration. I don’t mind spending money here and ther to play a game but I’m not spending it on games that are set up to grab money when they are suppose to be free and have so many problems from freezes to side games not working to game crashes. If you are thinking about downloading a Playrix game don’t do it go with a game where they actually fix problems and know what customer service is. Like how is that fixing the problem you seem to think you are untouchable but by the looks of all your bad reviews and your 1 star rating it seem you are losing people quickly. Playrix you down right suck your games are all money grabbers and you have so many glitches in them that you never fix and when you contact support they say sorry for your problem we will pass this into our developers for their consideration. ![]() So Frustrating how poorly they treat their faithful supporters. Over 3000 levels, completed all areas(almost as still got work to do in my Egypt area, but because of blockage, unable to proceed) So very close to finally seeing the so long awaited for update that they have been promising for over a year. ![]() And now to top things off, they have in turn, blocked me full play(I can still participate of sorts ) & I am no longer able to contact them due to their claims that I have been disrespectful in my behaviour toward them, When all I've been trying to do is get some straight answers out of them. ![]() Have reported issue multiple times to support, jumped through all their hoops, run round all their circles, even went as far as going through their totally irrelevant troubleshooting"solutions"with, of cause, no change or improvement on problem. I have deleted & reinitiated entire game numerous times only to have same issue. Since all I have been able to do is zoom in & zoom out on the one spot, I'm no longer able to freely roam around my Zoo. ![]()
